Concrete & pearl earrings
September 7th, 2007
I’ve heard that diamonds and pearls go together, but concrete and pearls? My first thought was, “you’re joking, right?” But nope. These earrings are actually made out of colored concrete. The olive concrete is surrounded by sterling silver and those are freshwater pearls dangling in the middle. They’re not too big at 1.25″ high and 3/4″ wide. How fantastically creative! Designer & shop owner Frances Smersh hand makes all the jewelry in her local studio. These beauties sell for $72.
