The new little black dress

Every girl must have a little black dress in her closet. How boring is that? I, for one, do not want something that will make me blend into the crowd. I want something with character and personality. This black ruffle-neck dress I found at Juniper fits into that category. The edges are raw cut , the ruffles aren’t perfect, and the neck line is low – but not too low.
