Enlighten Bamboo Lighting

Less is more so they say and I’d agree, especially when it comes to lighting. There are times when I don’t want my overhead light on or even a traditional lamp glowing, just some background mood lighting. Enlighten in Seattle has exactly that. For the past several years the owner (from Thailand) and his wife have been creating bamboo lamps that create more of a subtle atmosphere. This 13-inch lamp provides plenty of light on those stormy nights when it feels good to just sit back and listen to the rain. It sells for $50. I mention the Thailand connection because a portion of purchases from Enlighten go to support community organizations there that need our help.
