The staff is friendly and helpful but they don't hover -- even when you lather yourself with the samples of lotions and perfumes. The fragrances are heavenly. The "lavish yourself in silk and satin" sleepwear is also heavenly. Plus, I have often bought cosmetics there since they have very high quality skincare and makeup products by manufactureres such as "Fresh" who make two creamy lipstick colors I adore. Best of all, it's one of my favorite places to buy gifts since the gift wrapping is so lovely. I highly recommend Essenza as a destination shop.
